  • Joey de Boer

    Joey launched her nanny career immediately after earning her diploma in early childhood education. From a young age, Joey was passionate about working with children, regularly babysitting for neighbors, local families, and her cousins. Her early experiences often included providing nanny services at weddings, which further solidified her desire to pursue a career in childcare.

    From 2015 to 2021, Joey resided in Brisbane, where she gained extensive experience working with a diverse range of families. Her career has involved caring for twins, large families with up to six children, newborns, house hold management and even traveling overseas to support families in various settings.

    In addition to her hands-on experience, Joey has been an active member of the Australian Nanny Association for several years. She has played a key role in coordinating events in Brisbane and Melbourne, contributing to the growth and development of the nanny community. Since 2023, Joey has served as the Vice President of the association, reflecting her leadership and commitment to the profession.

    Krystal Lewis-Smith

    Krystal joins our team with a lot of enthusiasm and energy, with over five years of experience.

    Beginning her career working in childcare, then nursing before Krystal made the move into a nanny role in 2022.
    As well as full time nanny role experience, Krystal has babysat for many families in across The Mornington Pensinsula, worked in hospitals, rehab centers and aged care facilities.
    As well as nannying, Krystal works casually as a disability and support worker.

    Jessica Renn

    With 25 years of experience, Nanny Jess is quite exceptional.

    Having worked in private homes, at weddings, long day cares, schools and holiday programs this has enabled Jess to see and experience every part of life involved in raising little people.

    Jess is also a certified newborn care specialist and doula and has worked closely with children who have additional needs, as a Teachers Aide.

    Jess looks forward to all weddings she is assisting at and cherishes being apart of the team, to make your day perfect.

    Tia Olsen

    From a young age, Tia has always centred herself around working alongside and supporting children. Her first job was an assistant teacher at her dance school, where she taught at for over five years.

    Since then Tia has taken on roles as a Nanny, Early Childhood Educator and Parent Helper, completing her Cert III in Early Childhood Education in July of this year.
    Throughout the years Tia has worked with children between the ages of 4 months old to 16 years old and has always found so much joy in celebrating and being there for some of life’s big and small moments with families.

    Tia is so excited to explore more of these special experiences through being there to support the needs for both the adults as well as the children on these exciting days!

    Heather Konadu

    Heather brings over 16 years of knowledge and experience to the team, working predominantly in Long Day Care settings.
    Heather holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards obtaining her Bachelor.

    Heathers career has seen her working with many families and different personalities, both in children and educators, with many challenging behaviours also including complex medical needs.

    Heather enjoys building relationships with the families she works for, whether it be long or short term.

    Kirrah Hyde

    Kirrah has over seven years of dedicated experience caring for children.
    Kirrah has completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and is currently working in long daycare, holding the position of Lead Educator, Kirrah prides herself being able to create a nurturing and supportive environment for her young learners. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience providing inclusion support in a kindergarten setting. For many years, Kirrah has been casual babysitting for families in her local community.

    From a young age she knew that caring for young children would be her career path. Growing up in a large family, She developed a nurturing nature, particularly with her siblings, which shaped her approach to working with children.

    Tahla Johns

    Tahla has always had a passion for working with children from a young age. Her journey began with volunteering in hospitality, where she supported the homeless community. This experience inspired her to pursue a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, which opened up numerous opportunities for career advancement.

    Over the past seven years, Tahla has gained extensive experience caring for families and young children in various environments. Her roles have included babysitting, nannying, working as a childcare educator, assisting a kindergarten teacher for three-year-olds, and serving as a lead educator in long day care.

    Throughout her career, Tahla has had the privilege of working with children with additional needs, as well as those who require extra guidance and support. She has also supported families navigating the complexities of busy and chaotic family life. Committed to building positive and meaningful connections, she prioritises fostering strong, supportive relationships between children and their families.

    Tahla became a mother at the age of 19 and has recently welcomed her second child. Balancing the needs of two young children presents its challenges, but it has also given her a deeper understanding of family dynamics.

    She looks forward to supporting families and their children on such a memorable day, helping to create everlasting memories.

    Tash McIntyre

    From a young age, Tash has always been passionate about working with and supporting children. With nearly a decade of experience, she has cared for children from newborns to 10 years old, building strong relationships with families along the way.

    Now a qualified teacher based in Horsham, Tash brings her passion into the classroom while also having worked as a swim instructor and netball coach. She loves creating positive, engaging experiences for children, whether in the pool, on the court, or in the classroom.

    Originally from the Macedon Ranges, Tash has a love for travel and theatre, always looking for new experiences to enrich her understanding of the world. She is excited to continue supporting children and families, making every moment—big or small—special.

    April Course

    April joins the team with great enthusiasm and a deep passion for working with children. She has experience caring for children as young as six weeks to 12 months and has worked in a variety of environments, including OSHC, holiday programs, long day care, and babysitting. April has completed her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and is currently studying her Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She also works in a long day care setting.

    April is dedicated to ensuring that all children feel respected, heard, and supported, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where they can thrive.

    Childcare has always been April’s true passion, and she cherishes the meaningful bonds she forms with every child and family she works with. She looks forward to each wedding she has the privilege of being a part of and is honoured to contribute to making your special day seamless and unforgettable.

    Lily Davidson

    Lily always knew that her purpose would be caring for children so she started young, beginning her first regular babysitting job at the age of 13. Upon finishing High School, Lily began fulltime nannying. Lily holds a certificate III in early childhood education and care, is a qualified child and infant swim teacher. She is now undertaking a double degree of nursing and midwifery.

    With experience caring for children as young as a week old in settings such as weddings, parties, private homes, schools and hospitals; Lily is well equipped with the skills to handle any situation and ensure everything runs smoothly. Throughout her decade of experience, Lily has built strong relationships with the children in her care - as well as their families, understanding the importance of happiness, health and positive development.

    With children as her passion, Lily understands the importance of involvement of little ones in such a special day and will always strive to ease the minds of parents and children to maximise enjoyment, satisfaction and guarantee that fond memories are made.

    Anna Whittington

    Anna first found her passion for caring for children at age 10, when she would often help with her younger cousins.

    Her passion for children grew, completing her Diploma in Children’s Service after High School.
    Anna combined her passion of travelling and caring for children, working as an Au Pair in the Uk and US.

    Anna has also worked as a nanny in Australia with children aged 0-10 years and is currently working in long day care in the toddler room, often babysitting for the families on weekends.

    Outside of child care, Anna loves reading, playing netball and tennis, swimming, travelling (25 countries and counting!) and listening to Taylor Swift!

    Renee de Boer

    Renee is Joey’s younger sister! After finishing high school, Renee went down the nursing path and has worked in a variety of care and medical related roles since. For the last eight years she has worked in a local pharmacy, where the regular customers adore her.

    Renee babysat in her younger years and has a close bond with her nieces and nephews. In 2023, Renee and her fiancé welcomed a little girl into their family.

    Renee is excited to have the opportunity to work with families on their big day, as she plans her own wedding!

    Jess Turner

    Jess has always had a passion for caring for children and is naturally very nurturing..
    She started out by babysitting for her neighbours when in high school, which lead her into nannying whilst at Uni.

    Alongside daily nannying for families she has ventured into other opportunities with children including entertaining at children's parties and event nannying, weddings included.

    Jess loves all things Disney!
